How it works

You are the meeting chair. Lead a focused discussion from opening to closing.

  1. 01
    Read the situation

    Use your printed agenda. Alex and Mei are on screen; Raj joins you in person.

  2. 02
    Respond as the chair

    Speak to the screen characters and to Raj in person. Continue only after each live exchange finishes. Look for the Speak aloud icon. Finish speaking before pressing the confirmation button. Read each speech bubble, then press the next button to continue. When TRAINER CHECK appears, pass the controls to your trainer and wait for control to be returned. There are no response choices during the meeting.

    Keep your own meeting record

    Use your printed tracker during the meeting. Transfer only what was actually agreed when the record screen appears.

  4. 04
    Complete the assessment

    Lead the meeting independently, then answer four questions. Your trainer observes your performance.
